Dole Fresh Vegetables has named Jim Straub its value-added salesperson of the year.
Straub, the Monterey, Calif.-based company’s Kroger retail effectiveness manager, was one of 33 employees recently honored, according to a company news release.
Dole Fresh Vegetables is a division of Westlake Village, Calif.-based Dole Food Co.
The other 32 Dole workers were given the company’s STARRS award for contributions to the company’s pre-packaged salad category.
